It's time for the 15th Annual Minority Health Fair at Eastgate Town Center!
Over 125 free screening and health education services will be offered on Saturday, August 19, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
With a theme of "Closing the Gap", the Minority Health Fair brings together populations impacted by healthcare disparities in Chattanooga and surrounding areas, and leading health providers and institutions. The Minority Health Fair affords many individuals the opportunity to receive essential healthcare at no cost.
Attendees interested in screenings are asked to pre-register before August 13 by calling 778-LINK (5465). Those interested in mammograms or annual wellness exams are asked to call 495-4040 to schedule their exam.
